Below are step-by-step instructions for installing your new custom iron air vent cover:
Open the old air vent cover and remove your air return filter
Remove the door of the vent by removing the screws holding the hinge of the door to the frame. This should leave you with just a white metal frame around the opening of your vent.
Remove all screws around the frame of the vent and remove.
You are now free of all components of your old vent and can begin the process of installing your new customized Vintage Vent.
Take the frame of the Vintage Vent and screw it into your existing vent opening.
Second, attach the door of the Vintage Vent by lining up the hinges on the vent with the attached frame of the vent opening.
Insert your air filter.
Close your vent door making sure the closure latches and stays secure and enjoy your new Vintage Vent.
